Live-in Care

Windrush Care works in partnership with live-in care specialists who can provide live-in carers nationwide.

If living alone is a challenge for you or someone you know, and you would prefer to have a carer nearby throughout the day and night, then we can provide you with a live-in carer.

Live-in care means you have the consistency of one carer who gets to know you well and understands your needs and routines inside and out.

Respite Care

There are times when a primary family carer needs a well-deserved break.

We can provide short-term cover to allow family carers respite from the demands of caring for a loved one.

The respite break service gives family carers the chance to refresh and take time out. Caring can be a demanding job and it is important that family carers also look after themselves.

Home from Hospital

Home from Hospital supports patients transferring from hospital or residential care back to home. We can assist with discharge arrangements and liaise with home adaptations and equipment, making the transition as stress-free as possible.

We work closely with all the health professionals and other agencies to have our clients quickly and safely living back home.
