Today's New Staff Spotlight is on our new bank home carer; Nichole.
Nichole started with us in May, and has become an asset for the team, covering shifts at the last minute and has excelled with our clients.

‘Having worked on the office side of care for 8 years, joining Windrush and the front-line side of care was a huge change for me, and I absolutely love it.

I’m so grateful I get to spend my weekends meeting and caring for such inspirational people, and I truly believe our clients contribute as much to me as I do for them, I feel as though I meet and make new friends every shift, we have wonderful clients , most with a wonderful sense of humour that never fail to make me smile too.
