Alice has been recognised for her relentless commitment and dedication to her role as Care manager at Windrush Care.
Her hands on approach to her role sees her cover shortfalls in other areas of the business and Alice makes herself available to both clients and staff whenever needed.

David is the Founder and Managing Director of Windrush Care.
Previously chairman of Oxfordshire homecare agency Mary Knowles Homecare Partnership, he is a Trustee of an Almshouse Charity and a former director of Age Concern Enterprises.
Sean started in the care industry working with young people who had Autism and Learning Difficulties.
He joined Windrush Care because he believed in the ethos that we support people who need care and wish to remain in the familiar surroundings of their own home.
Ali was delighted to be invited to join the Windrush Care Management Team in early 2017.
As a financial controller she focuses on keeping the numbers under control and delivering them to the rest of the team in a usable & meaningful format.
Alice began working with individuals that had Learning Disabilities and challenging behaviours, after finishing her University degree in history. Alice then entered domiciliary care, supporting those individuals who wish to stay independent within their own home.
Alice became a team leader supporting both clients and staff in her role. She later joined Windrush care in 2018, helping with care plans, staff training and mentor for new recruits.
Matt joined Windrush Care in 2019 as our in house trainer. Matt has over 25 years of experience within the care sector, He began his carrier working with children in educational settings with learning disabilities and moving to adult Health and Social Care in 2010. Matt also leads the recruitment process and is the Data Protection Officer within Windrush Care.
Emoson Hodges
Emoson has been a part of Windrush care for many years. He joined us as a home carer after gaining experience in other roles in other company's as both a Care Coordinator as well as a Deputy Manager, he is now in the important role of Care Coordinator at Windrush Care, working alongside the Care Manager.
Jessica came on board in 2023, to support our Care Manager as well as working alongside our Care Coordinator in the reviewing of care plans, risk assessments and supervising staff in ensuring spot checks and competency assessments are completed. Jess has worked within the adult health care sector for 6 years in both residential and home care organisations.
Anita Barwell
Office Administrator
Anita has been a part of Windrush Care for many years, starting out as one of our home carers and after being promoted to Senior, used her many years of practical hands on experience to move to an office role where she could support our new and existing carers as well as supporting the office team as a whole.
