After you enquire via email or over the phone, we will simply call you to discuss more about you and your requirements and preferences for care.

After the initial discussion, our client manager will send you any further details you may require, such as our brochure and costs.

Once you have all the information, if you wish, we can arrange a meet and greet. Please contact our client manager through our email or give us call and we can arrange a time convenient for yourself.

This is the perfect chance to ask any questions you may have about Windrush Care and we can assess your needs in order to develop a personalised care plan and risk assessments. We use this meeting to get to know you as best we can, to ensure we match you with the right carers and give you the best support possible.

We agree and finalise a personal care plan to meet your needs, which can evolve to respond to changing requirements if your situation alters. The process of getting started takes very little time and we can begin your care calls as soon as you wish.
